Service, accounts, and user content
- KarriereVault is a career-document and application-preparation workspace. It is not an employer, recruiter, legal adviser, tax adviser, immigration adviser, or a guarantee of job outcomes.
- You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and have the rights needed to provide content to the service.
- You keep ownership of your content and grant us the limited permissions needed to operate the service and provide requested features.
AI features and output review
AI features may route selected content through OpenRouter. Generated output is assistance only and must be reviewed by you before use. KarriereVault does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

- Consumers in Germany and the European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days.
Regional consumer and privacy protections
- Germany and the EEA: If you request immediate access to digital services during the withdrawal period, you must expressly consent and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
- United States: affirmative consent is required before a recurring subscription starts, and a retainable acknowledgement is provided when required.
- United States privacy position: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Availability and acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, and security interventions may affect availability.

Governing law and consumer dispute resolution

- German law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
- Consumer dispute resolution
- We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
